I have never been as tired as I am right now... I have never been less inclined to study than I am right now... and I have an exam tomorrow
I find my ability to really focus and learn and commit stuff to memory for my closed book exam the next day really improves from 10 PM - 2 AM the night before.
At least that's the way it worked for Trusts and Estates. Though because Clownfish woke me up early, I am pretty sure I cited cases on my exam this afternoon thusly: "hey, remember the one with the guy and the kerosene fish? this is like that one, but he's less crazy..."
Classmate after the exam: Did anyone else want to argue that the testator was under undue influence by the cat?
One more exam left.
Then . . . sleep.

I love your cite. In my closed book exam for Torts I was like, "There was that guy who that thing, and it hurt that other guy, well this is totally like that. Totally."
Hang in there, sistah - it's almost over. And then? You deserve a cold one. A BIG cold one.
That right there is why I'm glad that my T&E exam in the morning is 100% multiple choice. Because I don't do case names... much less remember actual cases, or even cite them on exams...

I still have nightmares about my T&E final. Talk about the worst grade ever - I found out my mom had cancer two days before the exam and got a freaking D+ in the class. That was my lowest grade in law school, but I took Evidence yesterday and I'm thinking maybe I'll beat it. Crap.
