Not excuses, just reasons

I leave the house with the kids starting at 7 a.m.
I got home at 5 p.m.
Baseball game started at 5:45, had to be there at 5:30.
Game ran til 8:00. (WTF COACH???!!!)
Still haven't had dinner.
It is now 8:30.
I guess I'm starting the coach-to-5k tomorrow?
